Shipping Coverage

Flexaro LLC currently ships only within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays).
Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to the shipping carrier for delivery.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, carrier delays, or peak shipping periods.


Shipping Rates

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at checkout.
Flexaro LLC is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances. Flexaro LLC is not responsible for delays once the order has been shipped.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first.
If the issue is not resolved, reach out to our support team for further assistance.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting details. We will review the issue and assist you accordingly.
